Location rental fees cover a 9-hour period between
10 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. (Friday and Saturday until
11:30 p.m.). Of the 9 hours, 5-1/2 hours shall be the
event period (when guests arrive and depart) and the
remaining 3-1/2 hours are for set-up, take-down and
clean up.

Fees include use of:
Lobby, Main Salon, Moorish Room, Turkish Room, Sunroom, and Ballroom, as well as the Gardens. Also included in the weekend 
rate is the use of up to twenty 60 round banquet tables and 
200 gold chiavari chairs (for interior use only).

(Fees do not include a required $1,000 damage deposit)

2008 Fees

Fridays: $3,850.00 until 11:30pm

Saturdays: $5,250.00 until 11:30pm (Jan, Feb, Oct and Nov.)

Saturdays: $5,450.00 until 11:30pm (March through Sept. and Dec.)

Sundays: $4,000.00 until 10:00pm

Weekdays: $2,500.00 until 10:00pm

December Weekdays: $3000.00 until 10:00pm

2009 Fees

Fridays: $4,000.00 until 11:30pm

Saturdays: $5,950.00 until 11:30pm

Sundays: $4,250.00 until 10:00pm

Weekdays: $2,500.00 until 10:00pm

All prices are subject to change without notice
A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required
50% of the location fee and the security deposit is required to 
book a date

All food and drinks served at the Castle Green must be provided 
by one of our exclusive caterers.
